The ITIL Foundation Student Guide from reflectIT is a well designed study guide and reference for those implementing ITIL in their organizations. It covers all volumes of the framework in detail and as it is a digital guide it is much more convenient than the printed material. The chapter on Continual Service Improvement is especially welcome as it is not covered deeply in the framework itself.”

David Attwood, Global Business SAP Manager / Team Lead at Siemens Wind Power. Esbjerg Area, Denmark.

“A very accessible book that is a must for new ITIL students or people who simply wants a great reference guide. I have used this book both as a student and as a teacher. The book is very well structured and makes navigation between chapters and topics a breeze. I am particularly fond of the many self-explanatory illustrations that compliments the written content. An additional plus for those seeking a certification are the many example questions, which act as great learning tool as well. Overall a very recommendable book.”

COBIT 5 – INSPIRATION NEXT EXIT

TEASER: The iBook provides an overall presentation of the COBIT 5 framework in support of the class-room based training and training material. The iBook is presenting accompanying elements we have found naturally, are being part of the overall path of introducing COBIT 5 and supporting the use of the framework, from novice to expert. It is assumed the reader is already aware of ITIL, either through training or experience, whereas Process model and IT Governance will be explained to create the necessary awareness of these.

TIPA ASSESSOR – INSPIRATION NEXT EXIT

TEASER: The iBook provides an overall presentation of the TIPA framework and adds a different perspective to the application of TIPA, which is not covered by the TIPA handbook and training material. The overall idea is that a TIPA practitioner (e.g. an Assessor or Lead Assessor) should be able to see and use the iBook as a human lifecycle tool, that is, an expandable repository with on-going growth of knowledge and inclusion of experience as time goes by.
